Ms. Oindrila Paul has completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS), Kanke. She has a brilliant academic record, was the University Topper in M.Phil. and has worked at various government and private organisations. Her area of work includes child and adolescent counselling, behaviour management, cognitive behaviour therapy, couple/marital therapy, family therapy, career counselling, personality assessments, geriatric mental health and caregiver mental health. She personally prefers an eclectic approach, utilising different psychotherapeutic techniques to help and heal the patient. Ms. Paul is also a keen researcher and has published and presented papers at various national and international platforms.
